Regional Connect Pathway Programs – Terms and Conditions

Attendance Requirements

Participants who miss more than 30 minutes of Foundations program, or  three hours total of Fusion program will not receive a certificate of completion and Regional Connect Badge.

Pre-Requisites

Completion of the Foundations program is a prerequisite for attending the Fusion program as part of the Regional Connect training pathway.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of registration, with an invoice automatically generated and emailed. Preferred payment is by credit card.

Payment for groups of more than 12 participants can be made by direct deposit by arrangement.

Pricing includes Engaged Outcomes' travel costs, venue hire, catering (see exclusions below), and stationery.

Exclusions and Variations

Program pricing does not include participant travel costs. Additionally, Fusion program pricing does not include participant breakfasts.

In-house programs may incur additional costs, which will be quoted on a per-program basis.

Discounts

A discount is available to all Queensland Renewable Energy Council members. Please contact us for the discount code.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests and refund inquiries for virtual and in-person training must be submitted in writing to Engaged Outcomes at enquiries@engagedoutcomes.com.au. Please note that cancellation requests via telephone are not accepted.

Engaged Outcomes requires a minimum of twelve (12) participants for each course to ensure an optimal learning experience. We reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum participant count is not reached before the course start date. In such cases, registered participants may choose between a full refund, transferring their registration to another course, or receiving a credit for future Engaged Outcomes activities and services. If a credit is approved, it must be used within one (1) year of the original course date. Any unused credits will expire after 365 days.

In-House Training

Cancellation requests for in-house training must be made at least six (6) weeks before the first scheduled training date. If the cancellation occurs between two and six weeks before the start date, a 50% refund of the training cost will be applicable. Refund requests will not be considered within two weeks of the course start date.

Refunds

For full refunds, written notice must be sent to Engaged Outcomes at enquiries@engagedoutcomes.com.au at least two (2) weeks before the course start date. Participants cancelling within this timeframe will receive a full refund, minus an administrative fee of AUD $100.

No administrative fee applies if the course is cancelled by Engaged Outcomes.

No-Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received within two (2) weeks prior to the course start date. Additionally, transfers to future sessions or courses will not be permitted during this period.

Participants seeking exceptions due to extenuating circumstances should submit a written request to enquiries@engagedoutcomes.com.au, including any necessary supporting documentation.

 No refunds will be issued for missed (full or partial) courses. Session recordings are generally unavailable unless explicitly stated otherwise by Engaged Outcomes.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they receive course emails and are aware of the course time zone (for virtual training). If emails are not received, participants must contact enquiries@engagedoutcomes.com.au at least one (1) business day before the course begins.

Virtual Training Requirements

Participants must ensure they are on their own individual computer, have an appropriate space, stable internet access, as well as access to Zoom, Teams and Google Drive, and verify their ability to access course materials.

Engaged Outcomes is committed to providing high-quality training and employs rigorous methods for quality assurance, including:

• Regular course evaluations are conducted, and feedback is actively considered and incorporated.

All materials provided by Engaged Outcomes Pty Ltd during the Regional Connect training pathway are protected under Australian copyright law and are intended for personal use only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is prohibited. Training and facilitation processes and materials are provided solely for the purposes of the specific program. These processes and materials are not to be used by the client or any facilitation or training participants for any other purpose, at any time, now or in the future.
